How to start a 1:1 impromptu call

1. An Impromptu Call can be made from the Dashboard page or from the Contacts page.

2. Simply click on the green phone icon on the desired contact's information to start an Impromptu Call (pictured below).

3. Add any Details or Notes to the call (pictured below).

4. Click "Start Now" to initiate call.

How to start a 1:many impromptu call

1. A 1:many Impromptu Call can be made from the Contacts page.

2. Using the checkboxes next to each contact, select all the people you'd like to include in the meeting. In this example, I want to start a meeting with Kyle, Brent, and Halik.

3. In the top right corner of the screen, click "Start Event"

4. Add any Details or Notes to the call (pictured below).

5. Click "Start Now" to initiate call.
