Invite notifications
When users are invited to use the platform via the admin portal bulk upload feature, they will now receive an email notifying them.

Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the ringtone to not audibly play
Fixed a bug that caused calls to never cease ringing.
Fixed a bug that allowed users to create groups when they shouldn't have been allowed to.
Fixed a UI issue around large meetings appearing poorly on the pre-call screen.
