Device Enrollments!
Admins can now enroll devices to be summoned quickly into meetings.
To use the devices menu, ensure to add the "Manage Devices" permission to the role for the user(s) you want to be able to manage devices.
In App Configuration, there is a new setting to enable/disable Authentication requirement for Device Summoning. More on that below!
Authentication requirements for Device Summoning
When summoning devices, there are two options- Auth ON or Auth OFF.
If Auth is on, users will need to be selected when a device is being summoned, and that user will need to enter their PIN before the device can be summoned.
If Auth is off, the device can be brought in anonymously!
We recommend setting Authentication to ON for healthcare environments and other environments where sensitive data is common.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused events to be created in the wrong timezone.
